Setting up a user's personal account
Main sections related to personal data and personal settings user account are located in the “Personal Information” section.

Let's take a closer look at the work in each subsection.
User's personal information
You can view your personal information using the item of the same name. in the left menu, or by clicking on the username at the top of the page and by selecting “Personal Information” in the drop-down menu:

The page displays the user’s personal information: login, email, full name, telephone numbers, user status in the system and his Roles within the company:

All personal information, except login, can be changed at any time moment.
To edit personal information, click the button "Edit":

On the editing page, the user needs to enter his data and click the "Save" button:

The information will be changed immediately after saving the data.
Change password
There are several ways to go about changing your personal account password: ways:

At the top of the page, click on the name and select “Change password”;

Go to the “Personal Information” page and click the button "Change password";

Go to the “Personal Information” section and select the menu item "Change password".

On the password change page, you must enter the current password, the new password and repeat it.For the changes to be applied, you must click to the "Save" button:

“Incoming messages” section
A section is available in the user's personal account to view all notification messages arriving to the user's name.In the section messages regarding procedures, the user's organization, and messages for the user himself.
You can view messages through the left side menu, tile quick access in your personal account or through the quick access icon in top of the page:

All messages that are addressed to the user are displayed on the page "Incoming messages".Unread messages are highlighted in bold font:

To view the text of the message, follow the link in the topic letters.
Messages can be marked as read or unread, as well as you can delete them.To do this, you need to tick the required messages and click the corresponding button above the list of messages.For To update the list of messages, click the "Update" button.
“Message settings” section
The user can choose which events in the system he wants to receive information about alerts.To go to the message settings page, you must select the appropriate item in the left menu:

On the message settings page, you must specify which messages the user wants to receive.You can also choose where to go send letters: to internal mailing list (magazine “Inbox” messages") and/or to the user's email.To make the changes have taken effect, you need to click the “Save” button:

The section contains documents that will help you carry out work in system.The composition of the documents depends on the company’s role in the system and the roles employee within the company.
